Do I need to be a member?No, all of our away trips are open to all Panther fans and we are always looking forward to welcome more first time travellers with us.

How do I book onto an away game/tripThere are a number of ways in which you can book on to an away trip. Full details of all our upcoming games can be found on the homepage, or on our Upcoming Games page. You can book by: - Phoning us on 07547 917968 - Emailing us at travel@panthers.co.uk Please note that we will not have a dedicated Travel desk at Panthers home games during the 2025/26 season.

How can I pay for my trip?Payments for all Panthers Travel trips (Day and Weekend) are to be made via Bank Transfer. Please only transfer monies, after being requested from a member of the Panthers Travel team, who will provide the bank account detail. When do I need to pay by?For single day Away games payment will be required no later than 14 days prior to the date of the trip, for coach and ticket. ​ For trips with hotel bookings included (Away Weekends) a deposit of £50 per person will be required to be paid at the time of booking via Bank Transfer. This is to confirm your booking with us. Remaining Balances are required to be paid 60 days prior to departure. No payment of deposit will result in the places being re-allocated. Please note that all Deposit's on Away Weekend trips are non-refundable. Individual payment details can be found on each upcoming game page. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

Can small children attend?Yes, as we know Ice Hockey is a family sport, and we encourage young children to attend. However children under 3 years of age will have to sit on your knee on the coach and at the game.

Are wheelchairs or mobility scooters allowed?Yes, depending on the type, you will need to inform us when booking.

Is alcohol allowed?The coach company policy is that no alcohol is to be consumed on the coaches, and we have to abide by this.
